Security gate and security cameras throughout property. Electricity available and lighted units. Flooding/ponding during Harvey was not an issue as the property is high and has protective surface laid on every aisle. The owners Dianne and James are super people and are very accommodating. You do pay a little more than other facilities, but the money and the short drive from Katy is more than worth it as there are no weathering issues with RVs. You won't be disappointed.
